Steak with Mushrooms

Ingredients 

Two Fillet Steaks
Two slices of Sourdough Bread
200g Mushrooms
1 Onion
I Clove of Garlic
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Butter
Tomato Puree
Hot Water


Method 

Add olive oil to a hot pan.
Add the peeled clove of garlic and cook until golden brown.
Discard the garlic.
Add butter to the pan until it foams.
Add the two slices of bread and cook on both sides until golden brown.
Leave to one side.
Cook the mushrooms with a little lemon juice until cooked.
Put to one side when cooked.
Cook finely chopped onion until brown.
Put to one side when cooked.
Add more butter and cook the seasoned steaks to your liking.
Put to one side when cooked.
Add the mushrooms to the pan, add tomato puree with some hot water and heat.
Plate up, Sourdough toast, onion, steak and top with mushrooms.
Enjoy.
